Train Tour Operator Staff

Tour Operator call centres need to be visited 2-3 times a year for training. Many of the larger call centres are based outside of London. Sri Lanka Tourism works closely to visit and train front line staff, so that they can sell Sri Lanka with confidence.

Indeed some said it was the best they had ever had.
Very informative and interesting - just the right length of time and now they all want to go to Sri Lanka. I am sorry I missed it as Sri Lanka was my late parents favourite destination and somewhere that I have always wanted to go myself.

The feedback I received yesterday was really positive and everyone enjoyed the training.
They normally find training sessions quite mundane and boring but all of them have commented on the fact that yours was the most informative and enjoyable.
Perhaps we could look at doing something again next year?
